Accessibility Information for Guests: What to Publish
Many guests need accessibility details before booking. Clear, measured information is more useful than a label saying "accessible".
Publish facts
- Steps at the entrance and inside (number, handrails)
- Lift: yes or no, door width
- Room and bathroom door widths
- Shower type: step-free or tub
- Grab rails, bed height
- Parking distance
Good practice
- Add photos of the entrance and bathroom
- Invite guests to ask about specific needs
- Train staff to answer accurately
