Structure

1. One-line summary: who it's for and what makes it special
2. The space: beds, bathroom, kitchen, size
3. Location: walking times to key places
4. Practical: check-in, parking, breakfast, stairs/lift
5. House rules highlights

Rules

• Be accurate. Never overstate
• Mention drawbacks honestly (stairs, street noise)
• Keep the same facts across all channels
