Prepare

• Clean and declutter; hide personal items
• Open curtains; turn on all lights
• Make beds tight; fold towels

Shot list

1. Exterior and entrance
2. Each room type: wide shot from the corner
3. Bed detail
4. Bathroom
5. Breakfast or kitchen
6. Common areas
7. Views and neighbourhood

Technique

• Shoot landscape at chest height
• Use daylight; avoid heavy filters
• Show each room as it really is
