1. Export or copy the last 12 months of reviews from each platform
2. Tag each comment by theme: cleanliness, noise, beds, staff, breakfast, location, value
3. Count positives and negatives per theme
4. Pick the top three fixable problems
5. Assign an owner and deadline
6. Track the theme scores next quarter
